Run jump throw

Today we had another session on Run jump throw with Andy. We learnt about High Jump and Long Jump. These are the rules for long jump: Swinging arms, Bent Knees, Looking up and two feet landing. For high jump the rules are Slightly bent knees, J Shape which is run from an angle, quick action, Leading arm/leg and jump from the side of the leading leg
